PAYMENT OPTIONS

ALL PAYMENTS for cutting, styling and colour services are CASH ONLY and can be made in person at the end of your appointment.

For colour appointments, a 50% deposit on your future colour appointment is required at the end of The Consult. The remainder must be paid no later than 12 hours prior to appointment commencement, by cash or bank transfer.

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY

We have a STRICT 48-hour cancellation policy for all services. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 100% of the total cost to your payment method on file.

HAIR COLOUR SERVICES

When booking your hair colour service a 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Any CANCELLATION request can be discussed with your colourists. You MUST NOT cancel your appointment without first notifying Lightning Like Scissors. In the event of cancellation of your colour service, we require a minimum 7-DAYS notice. In the event of cancellation, the deposit remains with Lightning Like Scissors as a store credit for up to 3 months. If cancelled within the 48-hour cancellation window, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged the full amount of your colour appointment, minus your deposit. You may not be charged a 100% cancellation fee if another client takes your appointment. A cancellation fee of £50 will still apply.

Any RESHEDULING can be discussed with your colourists. You MUST NOT reschedule your appointment without first notifying Lightning Like Scissors. Rescheduling requests can be made no later than 96 hours prior to the appointment. In the event of rescheduling, you may forfeit your deposit if other clients do not fill your original time slot. Your deposit will remain as store credit for up to 3 months. Repeat rescheduling is NOT permitted.

Any extra costs incurred by the studio for any product ordered will be taken from the deposit, any difference must be paid, by the client, either by cash or bank transfer.

A minimum cancellation fee of £50 will apply if the above conditions are not met.

Please note, once your COLOUR appointment has been made, we DO NOT have a change of mind policy.

Deposits are non-refundable.

HAIR CUTS, CONSULTATIONS, NON-COLOUR SERVICES

May be cancelled or rescheduled via the Booksy app with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Any appointment cancellation or rescheduling within this time frame will incur fees equal to 100% of your total booking.

NO SHOW, LATE ARRIVAL

Please aim to arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. If you are going to be late please let us know in advance by calling, do not text - on 07377 194 262. People who do not show up for appointments will charged in full. If you are late by more than 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.
